Is it normal for the jewellery to seem a little bit tight the day after you got your lip pierced?

yes! but watch for swelling and puss it may be an infection. Keep it clean.

hi, yes it is normal as it has swelled slightly,
i have my labrette pierced and normaly they use a longer stem to allow for swelling, then you get it changed when its healed,
lips piercings heal really quick, just swish your mouth with antibacterial mouthwash to prevent infection,
ive had my labrette piercing 5 years now and its only ever gone sore once, i just used salt water and it was fine after 2 days

Yes that is completely normal,when I got mine done it was very pressed in at the back and quite sore….after about 6 weeks the swelling should be completely gone and by then it wont press in much at all…by then you should probably get another smaller bar for it too!

yea its normal. i have a labret piercing and they put in a longer post 2 allow 4 swelling. i dont know if they pierced urs with a ring but if they did then yea its normal but if they used a stud im not so sure.
