what happens if i have a barbell jewellery pierced on my lower back? and how do you clean it?

It’s going to reject. Fast. Especially since the wrong type of jewelry was used.. It should be shaped like a staple. Clean it with sea salt soaks… Although, how you’re going to do those is beyond me… You may be best taking it out now if you don’t want a huge scar on your back.

Take it out.
It’s going to reject. Let it heal, then go to a reputable piercer that uses high quality jewelery and get a surface piercing [using a surface bar obviously] or microdermals.
