You should have thought of that problem before you did anything so stupid as to get any such piercing or “jewelry.” Any untoward consequences are well deserved.

I’m guessing you don’t wear metal jewelry to the airport. You put a plastic retainer in instead.

A body piercing is incredibly unlikely to set off a metal detector at the airport or anywhere else.
How can I be so confident?
I have been through courthouse, airport, and various concert venues detectors with 26 piercings in place. I have never had so much as a blip. In fact when I went off at Six Flags, I was checked with a wand. It was discovered that it was my belt, and the wand did not pick up my nipple, navel, or ******* piercings when they were passed over.
